I bought it 3 months ago and now the cursor has started disappearing. I have to reset it to get the cursor back. The touchscreen seems to think I’m touching it even though I’m not & the cursor won’t move from that 1 spot.
Have you tried posting in Dell community? Some users finally use synaptics to solve the problem.
Several users had already posted the issue in the Dell community, and I tried several of their “solutions”. I’ll just have to wait & see if they worked. It seems to be a common issue, but mostly with people that upgraded to Win10-which my machine came with.
Hope it works. Thanks for bringing up the issue. It enriches the review to the product and help other users with similar problems.
